Abnormal climate patterns in the south-west of the country, according to the staff of the local Institute of livestock and crops, not foreshadowed. So far everything points to a good agricultural year, radically different from the past, writes the correspondent of IA "Kazakh-grain."

To forecast the harvest at the beginning of the year - to point a finger at the sky, scientists say. After all, the outcome of the agricultural year will decide the April draft.

"Now the bad winter, this winter for the south-western field is good. But there is still more than a month of winter and talk about something specific you can be in the second half of February, but it's worth of rainfall in April"- said the deputy director of " Southwest Research Institute of Animal and Plant " LLP Sydyk Dosymbek.

Program of reforming of native agrarian science is aimed on building of modern, effective national system of agricultural research. Basic directions of realization of Program, based on combination of advanced global experience with historically traditional system of agrarian science in Kazakhstan, it will provide successive between sphere of R&D, high education and agro-industrial production. On November 29 2012 at 14.30 in “KazAgroInnovation” JSC there was conducted hearing of reports of Centers for knowledge extension (further - CKE) by results of activity over 2012. "First place was lead to the employees of Kazakh scientific and research Institute of cotton breeding, which situated in Zhetysai, Ibadulla Umbetayev and Orazbek Bigarayev. They presented the project “Deep tilling and breaking up of soil at special depth” and proved in account of this they will increase cotton yielding” –informed Sultangazin.

Last draught left significant contribution at history of agriculture of Kazakhstan, leading cereal growers to be nervous for future yielding. Getting according to data of MAC of RK, 14 mln 718 thousand tonnes of new grain, peasants took a sigh of relief. But cotton producers harvested recording yielding of their crop in two last decades, writes staff reporter IА “Kazakh-Zerno”.

As General Director of “Kazakh SRI of cotton production” LLP Ibadulla Umbetayev told this year cotton was grown excellently. Middle yielding was close to 28 c/ha that 7 centners more rates of last year. Such rate of cotton gathering peasants of SKR doesn’t observe from 1991. And they seed about 70% of harvest in the country.

In the context of the errand of Head of State given at republican forum of employees of agro-industrial complex on November, 11 2011 by Ministry of agriculture and “KazAgroInnovation” JSC there was worked out the project of program on reforming of agrarian science 2013 – 2020.  Today at MAC of RK at weekly briefing the project was presented to Mass media. Main speakers acted Vice-minister of agriculture of Rk Muslim Umiryayev, Chairman of the Board “KazAgroInnovation” JSC Sergey Mogilny and councilor of “KazAgroInnovation” JSC on questions of science development and implementation of innovations Beken Alimzhanov.
